Cimarron has been acquired with a fully approved Area Structure Plan (ASP), and is located immediately adjacent to new neighbourhoods that are nearly built out within the City of Medicine Hat. The first phase of Cimarron features a commercial component and a unique “town hall” main street concept. Cimarron is ideally positioned to generate land sales within the first year of Capitalization as there is existing demand for commercial and retail property in the immediate area. The sequence of development for the project will provide a stable supply of lot inventory land sales for Medicine Hat’s steady annual population growth.
