Railside Industrial Ltd. Consists of a parcel of land that is approximately 321 acres in size and is located  just off Queen Elizabeth Highway in the County of Wetaskiwin and the Town of Millet. The location is 10 miles south of Edmonton International Airport.

The original design concept for this project was assessed in 2007 as having potential for either (i) land development for industrial lots (ii) a rail break bulk transportation centre or (iii) central Alberta oilfield service centre. Due to the dramatic shift in the market as well as the time required to re-engineer and negotiate a new Development Agreement with the County of Wetaskiwin and the Town of Millet, the project has fallen behind the original plan. Investment in the project remains stable and tied into the land.
